Introduction

This Pre-Application Consultation relates to the intention of Lidl Great Britain Ltd to submit to the local planning authority (Swansea Council) a full planning application for the demolition of the existing retail unit and erection of a supermarket, car parking, landscaping and all associated works at the former Poundstretcher unit, Gorseinon Road, Penllergaer, Swansea, SA4 9GE.
