Introduction

This Pre-Application Consultation relates to the intention of Swansea Bay University Health Board to submit to the local planning authority (Neath Port Talbot Council) a full planning application for the proposed temporary change of use the Bay Field Hospital, Ffordd Amazon, Swansea, SA1 8QB from use class B1 (business) / B2 (general industrial) to use class D1 Non-residential institution (field hospital & coronavirus testing/mass vaccination centre) for a period of three years.
